I can't see why the RE:<topictext> must be on the top of every post. It's ugly and useless. WWF doesn't has to be exactly as phpbb...

Also i don't see the meaning with placing 2 copies of the Topic name in the upper left:

I disagree that it's useless as it always handy to have that information on hand if a topic has gone out of control.
I do agree with the doubling up of the <topictext> where, in my opinion, the title in the table bar looks neater but the top one has more info.
Possibilty of inserting info into table bar version?

i feel this would be perfectly fine (as in RE: ... in replys) IF how ever you could edit it in a reply
when i first saw it, i expected you could, and was kinda shocked when i realised you couldnt
