Absolutely impossible to create topic in russian letters it brings this error

Error Type:
Microsoft JET Database Engine (0x80040E21)
The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data.

In other hand if topic subject contains about 4-5 letters it creates it but instead of letter I see this Тест

You may need to change the page encoding for the pages by editing the 'include/browser_page_encoding_inc.asp' file.

By using the correct page encoding the browser will not HTML encode your form submssion to the server.
