Separate Icons from forum images. Many of the lighter skins will use
the existing standard icon set and only change things like background
images. Seems like a waste to upload the same icons again into a
different folder. I think the admin skin section needs to have paths for the images, icons, and skin files. The need for this should become more apparent if/when a skin selector comes about. Get rid of the <strong> tags and assign a ".bolder" class where they're used to give skinners more control. Add a class for the Forum logo to better enable manipulation of it without going into the asp code. -------------

I shall look into the skins when I have the time.
