I know there is a problem, but is ther an other way to manualy delete a forum?

There is a known issue in the beta version that means you can not delete forums.

Beta software is incomplete and unstable and is for testing for bugs only so shouldn't be used on a production server.

Avatar sizes can be changed in the default_style.css file
