Lately I came up with an idea...what if I could display the latest forum topics on my index page? (im using mssql)
I thought I maybe create a recordset and call the last five or six for example latest topics where visitors would click end enter directly on the thread they choose.
Am I thinking correctly or is there a better way?

Have a look in the mods forum, this is quite a popular mod.
