I just don't like apple as a company. To ego-centric. How many decades did it take them to get to non-proprietary hatdware? Rather than try to compete against the ibm clones in the corporate market, they tried to go through the backdoor and give a great deal to school systems who in turn put pressure on parents to buy apples for the kiddies. Once those kids hit the job market, apple knowledge counted for zip. Akthough their folks did get a large expensive doorstop. -------------

We actually had a local story on that here last year where a local Georgia school ordered Macs for school, he alleged they were the best deal on the bid but he got proven wrong as pretty much any other manufacturer like Dell, HP etc could deliver a comparable PC much cheaper.
