I created a new forum for reference materials and assigned a person as the moderator. But he is getting the message "Spamming is not permitted" after he makes a few posts each day. As a result he leaves and comes back the next day and adds a a few more documents. Is there some way to get around this error? He is not spamming anyone, and there are no email notifications set up on this forum.

This is coursed by the flood control set in the admin section to prevent your forum being spammed with 1000's of unwanted messages by a user.

By default is is set to only allow the user to post a message every 20 seconds and only 5 messages in a 5 minute period.

This can be changed from the admin section so your users can post more messages within the time span.
