the website is clearly not MS technet website.. however complete replica.. isnt it "website imitation" or impersonation???

Ha ha such a rip.
Just another little note, trying to access that website in IE7 throws up huge amounts of security warnings, first a page comes up telling you the security certificate is faked and giving you the choice of 'leaving the site' (Recomended) or 'entering the site' (not recomended). If you select to enter the site, the phishing scanner goes crazy and the entire address bar turns red with warning icons everywhere lol

It is going to give security warnings. They are using microsofts security certificate when it isn't a microsoft site

I get a similar error on Firefox (as I should!)
