its a pinned topic at the top of the forum or all forums , all forums i believe is an announcement. like there are 2 pinned/sticky topics on the below link http://forums.webwiz.net/forum_topics.asp?FID=1 the below link is a sticky topic from the above link http://forums.webwiz.net/forum_posts.asp?TID=12975 hope that helps |
