It could be an issue with the SMTP component

i found something about unicode in this link but i cant add and edit codes in function_send_mail.asp file. codes are different from them so i cant find where i have to add charset codes.

How confusing is that !!!

Try adding the following around line 202 of the functions_send_mail.asp file :-

.charset = "unicode-1-1-utf-7"

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01f9'

Invalid or unqualified reference

/forum/admin/functions/functions_send_mail.asp, line 142

The page you link to isn't very good and doesn't explain how you set the character set for the component.

I would look for a page that describes how to use it better.
