Is there any way to tell how much power your computer is currently using up?

Task manager go to performance tab

it will tell u cpu and memory utilization
 
u can download a free yahoo widget or any free utility to do that too

I think he is talking of electrical power as in Watts right? There is hardware you can buy that shows an LED...

Yeah watts, I know it's a long shot but you can't really measure this with software can you

Well the MB may have a sensor for that but not really sure to be hones. May depend on the board itself.
