Hi all,

I have brought the forum from one of our clients but as the client talks french. We have translate the public part successfully thanks to the translation forum but he wants me to translate the administrative part of the forum. But, what a surprise Stern Smile, the administrative part is not like the public part, all messages are hard coded...
 
Is the 8.0 Released will have the administrative part like the public part, so we will have a include with all administrative messages ?

As the admin section only needs to be entered when setting up the forums it was felt that there was no need to make the admin section translatable.

Making the admin section translatable would take around 80 to 100 hours to do and affect performance of the forum engine using more server resources. So it was decided to spend the 80 to 100 hours working on more usable features within the main forum.

Also in the last 5 years, you are probably about the 4th person who has ever asked for the admin section to be translated.
