You are right it did but finding out if a user is already subscribed to a topic requires an extra resource draining database hit, so now the link just says 'watch this topic for replies' all the time. I hoping that more people will start using the RSS Feed which has now been extended to individual topics so you can be notified by the RSS Feed of a new post in the Topic you want to watch. |

Might be useful to change the wording to womething like "Toggle Email Notifications" or "Toggle Topic Watch"
