I'm using 7.92 version of WWF and some users have informed me that they have problems with special characters when posting or reading.
I have also noticed that when I post something in FireFox, special characters are not dispaly correctly, but when using IE everything works fine.
I have checked my FireFox installation and it's ok.. Do I have to check some file in forum to change that??
Thanks,
------------- Urko

Characters should work fine in Firefox, which the forum is primarily tested in when being developed as IE sucks.
It could be that you need to edit the header.asp file and put in a meta tag for the character encoding for the page to a character set that supports your special characters.

I have a problem with special characters not showing also... the strange thing is that it happens randomly and only with the names of some forums as well as the forum title. I have specified the required encoding, but as i said, the problem occurs randomly and messes up part of the forum. Any ideas about this..?

It maybe worth specifying the page encoding through ASP by adding the ASP page encoding to the common.asp file.
Have a look on google how to do this and get the correct page encoding.
