We have a problem with the 7.9 version of Web wiz forum: we try to explain what it is happen:

When a new user comed recorded , its name appears in the users forum list, but not int the list users of forum admin, in the section Member Admin: For Example, in the statistics section of our forum , result 168 users: in the "Admin menu", in Member Admin, the users are 133. It seems that it is verifying that the users data not aligned and this harms the forum operations.

The same thing happens for the group users list showed in Admin, Group Admin: In this case It is impossible to assign a group to an user, because, the group users list is showed in part.

Can you help us?

This should not be the case and it sounds like your forums database has become corrupted.

If you are using Access this is very common as Access is a desktop flat file and not really capable of coping with a forum of more than a handful of users.

If you are using Access you should try and upgrade to SQL Server (or mySQL in version 8) to prevent these types of issues.
