Not at present, but if I can find away to auto lunch MSN Messenger it will be used in the Profile page along with the AIM, Yahoo Messenger, etc. icons.

A little search of Google bought this up...
<html>
<body>
<OBJECT classid=clsid:B69003B3-C55E-4B48-836C-BC5946FC3B28
codeType=application/x-oleobject id=IMessenger width=0 height=0"></OBJECT>
<a href=vbscript:IMessenger.InstantMessage("you@youremail.com")>you@youremail.com</a>
</body>
</html>

A few probs with this tho...
- Only works in IE
 - Once clicked, changes to a page showing an object tag
- Opens a convasation window in MSN but the person is unlikely to be on your allow list.
Being that this only works in IE i expect it to be rubbished straight away, also it brings up IE's auto block of active content which has to be allowed first. Typical i guess lol

I do just about remember looking into this a few years ago when I made the icon and coming up with similar results and just decided to leave the MSN as text.
But I suppose as I already made the icon I decided to leave it in case Microsoft every do make a simpler way of doing it.

Fair enuff i can't blame you for that.
It only takes a second to make the icon so i'll just continue making them as well just incase
Just my personal opinion but in the profile page maybe swapping over the MSN text and the home page button would improve the layout?
