I have this:

Forum1
  Sub forum1
  Sub forum2
 
I define group that have access to Forum1.
The group will have access to all of the subforums?
 
Can I control the group access to sub forums?

Permissions are not inherited and are set on each individual forum.

To set permissions on sub forums, just set the permissions on those forums the same as you would on any main forum.
