Just had a quick run through of v8.0rc1 and picked up a couple of things.
1) Few spelling mistakes:
- Intsall Documentation and FAQ's directory name in the .zip
- Style: .postSepratorTableRow{
2) The post separator is also drawn at the end of the post list, causing a blank cell to show if its a diff colour than the table border.
3) "Report posts" should be available to moderators/admin too. Sometimes if they have a personal issue with someone they will report it for someone else to handle, or they will report it then edit it, so that the original text is emailed to all mods.
4) The 4 rss files have some binary in the first 4 chars:
<% @ Language=VBScript %>
Question about permissions:
Can there be (or is there) a default permission for newly created forums. Or everytime i create a new forum, will i have to go through and assign permissions to each of the groups.
Apart from that most looks pretty good. I was able to assign my old forum's theme using the css file in about an hour or so.

3. Good idea I will look into it
4. I don't know why sometimes this happens, but I will try and remove it from the binary as I know it can course issues on Russian servers.
When you create a new forum the permissions table underneath gets default checks in the check boxes, these are the default permissions settings.
