Is it possible to convert some Forum Topic into RSS so I can read it on my mobile on the way home at night?

You can subscribe to individual topics using RSS, there should be an RSS link on this page for example.

If this is what you mean.

Oh so I can download the forum in RSS format and read the forum with a RSS Reader?

You don't download RSS you have live RSS Feed's which can be viewed in an RSS News Reader.
