When I try to upload an image, it successfuly uploads into temp folder but when I click Submit Post it comes with an error message 'Access Denied' I set both write and read permission for uploads folder, what should I do else?

You may need to set modify and delete permissions on the folder.

Yes, and the permissions need to be set to be inheritable on sub folders.
