I would do almost anything to have a DNN version of WWF!

At the moment, I am forced to use another forum because I need to keep things simple. DotNetNuke helps me keep things simple...

I would LOVE to see WWF done for DNN. There is only 1 almost decent forum for DNN right now, and you could slaughter that market with WWF.

BRUCE~! PLEASE~!

The ASP.NET and DNN world NEEDS a good forum~!

ASP has WWF. PHP has vBulletin.

ASP.NET has jack-sh*t!

OK... It has Community Server... but... I want a REAL forum like WWF.

I will beat a path to your door and kill, maim, injure, and destroy anything that stops me from giving you money for a DNN version of WWF!

Check out www.asp.net. That rocks! A WWF version of that would rock 1000x more.

OK... once more... PLEASE~!

(Yes - I'm begging and it is totally pathetic... I want WWF in ASP.NET for DNN~!)

One of the developers from DotNetNuke did contact me a few months ago asking if there were any plans to develop an ASP.NET version of Web Wiz Forums.

There are plans to develop an ASP.NET version of Web Wiz Forums which I hope to start quite soon.

First I am going to be developing a new web site for Web Wiz Guide using ASP.NET 2, this should help me brush up my much needed ASP.NET skills ready to build an ASP.NET version of Web Wiz Forums.

However, all this takes time, as an ASP.NET version will require a complete re-write of web Wiz Forums which I anticipate will take around a year or more of full-time development work to complete to have the same standard and number of features the present version of Web Wiz Forums has.

However, if funds permit hiring more staff will hopefully cut the development time.

DotNetNuke forums are forums of Microsoft, and it will be very hard to break.
ASP.NET forums example is very powerfull, and untill WWF will come to this level of forums, the NUKE will probably be better.
