Does anyone know of a sports prediction application?

There is one at http://www.virtualsuper12.co.nz which I'd like to build something similar to. Basically, something where you can list sports games that are coming up and someone can then choose from some pre-set answers before the game happens. The application would then work out the person's score after the correct answers have been submitted.

Does anyone know of anything out there??
