Hi,

I have problem to login to my forum. I use the correct username and password but I get an Access Denied error.

Till now was ok. The problem appeared today when my host upgade the hosting server. Is it possible to affect the login in the forum??

I use 7.9 SQL version

Please help.

P.S. I cannot even create a new membership as I cannot see the security images!!!

It sounds like your hosts new server has an issue with ASP sessions.

The ASP session will be being dropped on the server coursing this issue.

It can be coursed by:-

Unpatched win 2003 server
App Pool issues
App Recycling to often
Having the app pool set to use a web garden

Contact your hosting company about this issue.

Another option is to upgrade to version 8, and edit the functions/functions_session_data.asp file to tell it to use the database to store session data.
