I just noticed that if you post a new topic in a forum that requires approval of posts, when the author displays the post while its still pending approval, the subject/title/topic of the post is missing.

No, what I mean is at the top of this page it says:
 Topic: Bug: New Topic in Moderated Forumbut before you approve it it says:
Topic:even though I specified a topic title when I submitted it.
