An addition to the "Post new topic" form to allow the user to select forum to post in. ie. if someone had clicked the new_topic_form.asp?FID=19"> 
button in the "Support Forum" but wanted the post to appear in the
"Mods Forum" they could just select that forum from a drop down box.
