Large Access Database needs backing up.
Last time this was done a number of errors suddenly appeared which stopped login being available for a while, as well as it saying the location of the database was wrong...which it wasnt because nothing was changed or moved.
Is there an ideal way to do an access database backup?

My only advice is DON'T use Access for large forums!!!
Access is a flat office file and storing a forum in an Access database is like storing the forums data in a large text file, and as you can imagine with lots and reads and writes going on this giant text file often becomes corrupted.
I would only recommend using Access as a database backend for a forum if you are only expecting a handful of users only posting a very limited number of posts and you have no other choice.
What you really need is a real Database Management System like mySQL or SQL Server as the backend for the forum.
I would prefer to drop the Access version altogether of web wiz forums, but the only reason I kept it on is as an introduction to forums for novice users, but if you get serious about running a forum then you NEED to look at using mySQL or SQL Server as the backend.
