I have moved my previous forum to my WWForum installation along with all users and I have then updated the total number of posts for each of the members.

The problem I am facing is that the ladder system doesn't seem to be working, and it displays "Newbie" for all members even though the post count is displayed correctly. Is there anything else I need to tweak in order for it to work as it should?

The members group gets updated when they submit a post to the forum.

The number of posts they made is then checked and if need be they are moved to the corresponding group.

This could actually be used to your advantage. People who haven't posted in awhile might post just to change there rank back to what its supposed to be. :)
