1. I got this error when click on the RSS icon

2. Also unable to view any rss feeds in rss client cos most of them are cirrilic.

It seems that RSS has difficulty working for non English character sets, I have been spending allot of time looking into this, but it seems support on RSS for non English characters is a bit hit and miss at the moment.

You could try editing the files beginning with RSS_ and try changing the page encoding and see if that sorts out the problem.
