...can verific If The Title already exist. This option will promise to don't have the some title in some category. Like SPAM, multi same topics etc...
When You public new topic can display all relationship topic's with the same topic or the likeness contents (for same category and for all other). This option meybe be very welcome also for News. When you public many news, can display whitch are in relationship.
