hi everybody. my hosting uses 4.0.x version of mysql so i couldnt run new version of forum on my web space and when i asked to my hosting company that when ll they upgrade version of mySql and answer was no plan to do it so i just wanna know is there the way to use webwiz forums ver 8.x mysql with using below version of mySql?

You need to be using mySQL 4.1 or mySQL 5.

Earlier versions don't have support for methods that are required for Web Wiz Forums to run.
