1. How do I upgrade or move my data from Version 7.7 SQL or Access database to the latest version running MySQL database? I have tons of posts that I do not wish to lose.

2. I have errors when a user clicks on the activation link in their emails; and also when a user attempts to update their profile. The error message in both cases says something about "the row to update cannot be found". The only change that I have made to the default values was in changing the time/date format from 05-01-2006 to 05 - 01 - 2006. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

1. Use the upgrade tool on the download page

2. You haven't said what database you are using, but if it is Access it sounds like a corrupted database. Make sure you run a compact and repair on the database before upgrading to version 8 database
