Hello, i need two textarea with rte included, but i retreive an error, of redefined variables. How i can do this?.

You can only have one RTE area per page

Now, i need lock the text in the rte area, Can i do this?

If you mean make it so the text is not editable, then the simplest way is to not enable it as an RTE area and just display it in an IFrame
