On version 8.01
I have the same problems of upload of images (I have update of the 7.93 - > 8.01)

Component Aspupload 3.0 of persist, the rights are well in read in Write (Ntfs and IIS) I created well with the hand a repertory "temp" under upload (the images arrive well has this place and are written correctly on the waiter). It is after impossible to read the image sent, in preview, image is invisible !

The files DOC. is ok, it is right the images which pose a problem.

I read all the faqs is present, without result.

Are strange characters present in the window of preview?  (as here )

A fix is it envisaged?

I'm finding it hard to fully understand your post.

But one thing to check is that you also have 'modify' permissions set on the upload directory so that files can be moved from the 'temp' folder to their final position when the form is submitted.

You have still not said what the exact problem is, all you have said is you have a problem with uploading files, but without a detailed description of the problem it could be anyone of a 100 different things.
