I have added an ip address to the banning section of 7.94 forums and this user just keeps coming back.

It is a full IP, with no wildcards.

Any suggestions?

There was an issue with IP banning in version 7.9x, if you upgrade to version 8 it will solve the problem.

There is a change to replace only a certain page or pages? I'm asking this because I've made some alterations to your forum's script to fit my goals...

There isn't you would need to upgrade to version 8, which is free to do.

Also, you should upgrade as soon as possible for security reasons.

I see... When you say "security" on a scale from 0 (no worries about) to 9(red alert), what do you mean? :)

7.9 level 9 (you should upgrade immediately)
7.94 level 8 (you should upgrade immediately)
7.97 level 2 (there are no security holes, but you will get more protection from version 8)

And 7.91? That's the version I use...

Any version before 7.97 will be at level 9 and needs to be updated.

All releases from 7.9 to 7.97 were security releases, to combat a Turkish hacking group who persisted in hacking 100's of forums and still dose if they can find any running older versions.

It seems though they have given up with version 8 as it has more security and all security and security advice settings are active by default in the latest version.

Don't get mad at me if I post this message in wrong forum but I consider to be a normal follow-up: what should I do with old mdb database if I want to update the forum at the later (or latest) version... Should I play a lot with SQL commands or there is a check-list?

There is a database upgrade tool with upgrade instructions on the web wiz forums download page.
