IE can be very temperamental sometimes when parsing an XLST stylesheet, particularly when used with non-English text.

However, this will not stop the RSS Feed from working, as the XLST Stylesheet is only used as eye candy so you are not presented with aload of XML when you click on the RSS link in a web browser.

I am also facing problems with the RSS.
I place the RSS of my forum to Feedreader but it wont display any of the topics. I have tested the RSS of this forum with the same reader and it worked ok. Is there any changes that need to take place for the RSS to function properly?

You could try changing the page encoding for the RSS pages by editing the files binging with RSS_

However, it seems that RSS doesn't always work for sites that don't use western character sets. This is a big problem with RSS and not just for the forum feed.

Do a search of this forum and see how other people using non-western character sets have solved this type of problem with RSS.
