I was trying to change the username of a user the other day through the admin area. There is an issue where the textfield containing the new username is not checked for null value when submitted. This results in the username to be repaced to blank and the only way to fix it is straight from the database.

The field in the database for usernames should be set to not accept null's so if you tried this you should get an error from the server.

However, I have fixed this so that a javascript alert comes up alerting the user and the ASP code will not run unless both fields are completed. This should prevent any problems like this from occurring.
