Hi

I bought Microsoft Visual Studio .net Professional 2003 from my friend. I got 6 CDs for that.

1. Microsoft Visual Studio .net Professional 2003 English Disk 1
2. Microsoft Visual Studio .net Professional 2003 English Disk 2
3. Microsoft Visual Studio .net Professional 2003 Prerequisites
4. Microsoft Developer Network for Visual Studio .net 2003 Disk 1
5. Microsoft Developer Network for Visual Studio .net 2003 Disk 2
6. Microsoft Developer Network for Visual Studio .net 2003 Disk 3

Is this the total set or is some more available? I have installed the first two discs. I don't understand the GUI and anything here. I have spent too much in getting these. What should I do?

What do you mean? All you have to do is install Disk 1 and 2.

Or do you not understand the GUI of Visual Studio 2003 itself? If that's the case, I can't help you there.

If anything, ask your friend.

Well, actually you also have to install any missing pre-requisites from disk 3 first.

www.asp.net has some tutorials for using the gui - IIRC.

Plus install the other 3 disks as well (MSDN) which are essentially the help file for everything developer which also includes a Getting Started Section for every programming feature.
