Something wierd going on when I try to edit a users profile?? I'm the admin... Can go into the users profile... Soon as I click the text link 'Edit Profile' or any of the other text links it returns me to the forum index? I had it reported before, but just thought they were being stupid so didn't follow it up? I have uploaded 8.02 and still get the same thing??  |

ok ignore that.... It seems I cannot edit profiles for people who have not activated there account via the email link. Tried a few now and its only these profiles I can't edit... Can you tell me what I need to change to be able to edit the profiles please?  |

Pleople who have not activated their accounts can not edit their forum settings till they do so. .. .. Sorry... No thats just not the case... I have uploaded the files, tried with a different account and registered a new member and still the same. I 'as an Admin' cannot edit profiles for users that have not activated there account I haven't tried with a Mod account yet .. |

I have just tested this again to make sure, as I often manualy activate new member accounts myself by editing the users profile if the new member has difficulty. All the tests I did allowed both moderators and the forum admin to edit the profiles on accounts that are not active. ill look into it but i think it maybe the garage MOD because they are new accounts it may not have the record for the garage and therefore it sends you away as its a EOF returned |
