Been looking at worldPay, does it let you do a behind the scenes transaction? EG I don't want them to know they are using worldpay.

If not, any service out there that does? I know Paypal pro does, but it's US only.

It all depends which account type you choose with WorldPay, and that you have a server that is compatible with their system.

If you give WorldPay a call they can give you more details.
