Definately agree with NO.1 and several others that were just absolutely pointless.

I would have to agree with most of them, but I would move IE further up the list. Although I did like zip drives in there day, I don't think I could have go to Uni without them to transfer around files. I liked the zip drives as well. Used thm for backups of gobs of data but mostly used them the same way I use a pocket usb drive now. They were slow but priced way below anything that did comparable tasks. -------------

lol i found a zip drive in a store for $2 (used) and i still passed it up... waste of money when you have a DVD-burner :D

But back in 2000 when I couldn't live without a zip file CD Burners cost over $200 and 10 blank CD disks cost $20, DVD burning wasn't around nor were USB drives. Now of course things have moved on and zip drives are too expensive and don't have very good capacity.
