If you don't give view permision to visitors then is a search engine can index your site. I heard that google just index the links everyone can see.

Also I see that google index calender more then the topics how can we prevent this. Via using a robots.txt or something else.

if your talking about WebWizForum your in the wrong forum - try the http://forums.webwiz.net/forum_topics.asp?FID=18 - support forum

and to answer your question the search engine would only be able to index as a guest, so if you deny access to guests, search engines wont be able to have access either

and you would be able to block search engines indexing the calender by entering the details into a robots.txt file
