I think I know the answer to the first question, but I guess I just need confirmation.
I have set up a private forum at work, but have now had a request for another private forum. If I have users who may need to access both forums (fora?) do I need to create a group that allows them access to both, I can't see how to assign users to muliple groups?
Also, are the only people who can grant users access to those groups Admins? I don't want to be involved in the day to day running of the forum application, and I ought to trust the people to administer responsibly, but if there is another way then I'd prefer it.

Members can only belong to one group at a time, so you would need to create 3 groups:-
Group 1 Access to forum 1 Group 2 access to forum 2 Group 3 access to both forums.
Moderators can no-longer move members to new groups due to complaits from people not liking it and believing it to be a security problem.
However, you can have multiple forums admins who can move users to new groups.

Thanks for the reply.
Do you mean that you can have more than one person as an administrator of the overall forum application (which is what I have set up), or do you mean that you can create admin groups who have admin rights over a limited set of stuff and then put users into those groups?
I think you mean the former, but I'm just making sure.

There is only one admin group but you can place other members in that group as forum admins.

That's what I thought, but thanks for confirming that, and thanks for producing the application.
