A guy took over my forums when I made him an Admin, he got ahold of my account and demoted me. I managed to get my account back, and I demoted this guy, IP banned him, and deleted his accounts. He keeps coming back somehow. When you get rid of an Admin, is it possible to still be able to use Admin features?

It shouldn't be, but if you want more security you should be using version 8
