I get this error when trying to changed things in the admin section.

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Cannot update. Database or object is read-only.

/garbagev20/forum/admin/forum_configure.asp, line 167

Im using v7 point 0

This error has been talked to death. So much so it's even the documentation that comes with the forum software.

It's a permissions problem, you don't have rights to write to the database.
