Where in the code can I change the messages displayed to the user?

For instance, when registration is suspended, it says "New registrations are currently suspended, please check back again later.", but I want it to link to my website where they can register.

I see a variable called strTxtNewRegSuspendedCheckBackLater, but I can't figure out where it's getting its value.

All text is held in the language files found in the language_file directory.
