Hi Bruce

I tried to log into my forum with new registration but after filling the form and submitting it, got this error

Error Only members with sufficient permission can access this page.

A security error has occurred with authentication.

Please ensure that all cookies are enabled on your web browser, you are not using a saved or cached copy of the page, and your Firewall/Proxy settings are not hiding or masking your IP address.

what is the problem? cache?

okay tried deleting the cookies set by the forum ... didnt work also other members of forum are facing the same problem. Also I can still log in with my previously registered account so can other members

Could be a corrupted or modified file so first try reuploading the original register.asp file again.

Also, this could be an issue with the server holding the session, so you may need to edit the functions/functions_session_data.asp file to force the forum to use the database to store session data.
