Hi, I have two problems with version 8.01 SQL server: - one is in with a moderator, who cannot move or close topic in a hidden subforum, without moving it to an open subforum. I reset her permissions many times, but the problem is still there. - The other problem is that while many users are navigating without problems, another group can't. The pages don't load, or they load only partially. I have chequed all the configurations, and with hosting, and they told me they haven't any problem with the server. The SQL BD is 154 mb. thanks |

1. Please could you describe more fully how the hidden sub forum is setup so that this issue can be replicated? 2. Again, a bit hard to workout the problem on the info you have given. Are these users all in the same forum permissions group, or are they just a group of users? # More info on what similarities there are between these users? What pages only partly load? and what if any errors messages do they get? Another thing you should do, before doing anything else is upgrade to the latest version to see if that solves these issues you are having.

Ok. Y have the following organizations in my forum:
In the other problem, any member, any permissions, any hour, any day.... while ther are many members navigating and posting, many others can't do it. This happens even on sunday, a day with less pageviews than other days. There is no error message, only the page don't load, and it stays blank, or it loads partially. It seems very strange that only one of your moderators can not close posts in one forum, I would check that there forum and individual member permissions are correct. Blank page loading seems to suggest an issue with your hosting or the users connection to your web site. If there is a problem with the page processing in Web Wiz Forums then an error message will be displayed by the server, it wouldn't just show a blank page.
