I have this error on my forum please help!!

Server Error in Forum Application
An error has occured while connecting to the database.
Please contact the forum administrator.

Support Error Code:- err_Access_db_connection
File Name:- common.asp

Error details:-
Microsoft JET Database Engine
Could not use ''; file already in use.

This error usually indicates that either the Access database file is already open in another program, or the server has a database driver or permissions issue.

If you do not host the site yourself contact your web host and ask them to check that the permissions are correct on the database file.
