It looks like there is an issue with your mySQL database and the auto_increment is not working for the ID fields in some of your database tables.

If it is a clean database, try deleting it and starting again.

If you can not do this check that the primary key (usually the first column in each table with _ID at the end) is set to auto_increment so that the database generates a new ID number for each record.

I've never used phpmyadmin so I can't help you there.

But I would imagine that you should be able to modify the tables with it.

However, it sounds like when you converted from Access to mySQL that the tool you used didn't carry across the default values. You may need to do the conversion again but this time make sure that the default values are also carried across.

It looks like your Access database is corrupted, which is very common with Access as it is a naff database system.

You need to download the Access database, open in MS Access, and then select, 'compact and repair database' from the tools menu.
