I have done everything. I'm using MSSSQL/Win XP sp2, and i've tried both in IE and mozilla. It occured the same problem.

What should I do? I have checked other posts and there is no answer. Also, there is no permission at all. What else can cause this problem?

Could be a corrupted ASP file, first try reuploading ALL the ASP files again.
